Cable Structure

This product features a round tight-buffered cable design with a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket material meeting safety requirements for data center and indoor building installations. Both ends are terminated with precision MPO/MTP female connectors featuring injection-molded housings and precision-polished ceramic ferrules.
Each jumper includes removable dust caps for endface protection during storage and handling. The cable jacket is printed with product model, length, serial number, and other identification information for easy field management and traceability.
The tight-buffered construction provides enhanced mechanical protection for individual fibers while maintaining flexibility for routing in high-density environments. The connector boots are designed with strain relief to protect the fiber-to-connector transition point from excessive bending stress.

Topology Description
Access Layer
Top-of-Rack switches equipped with 40G/100G QSFP ports connect via MTP/MPO OM5 patch cords to in-rack patch panels (MPO cassettes or panels).
These panels interface with backbone trunk cables running to aggregation layer distribution frames, which then connect to aggregation switches.
Breakout Connection
At the patch panel level, MPO-to-LC breakout cables convert 12-fiber MPO interfaces into twelve individual LC duplex connections, enabling connectivity to traditional 10G SFP+ port devices or providing flexibility for mixed-speed environments.
Core Layer
Core switches are interconnected using 24-fiber or higher count MPO trunk cables for 400G or parallel 100G transmission.
MTP/MPO jumpers provide flexible cross-connection capabilities at distribution frames, allowing for rapid moves, adds, and changes without affecting backbone infrastructure.
